Government issues new guidance for IP in the event of a no-deal Brexit
The British Government (Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Department for Exiting the European Union and the Intellectual Property Office) has issued new guidance in the event of a no-deal Brexit. The guidance covers changes to domestic Designs and Trade Mark laws if the UK leaves the EU without a deal.
